The general atmosphere... great if you like the ghetto

I have seen some reviews here that berate the previous management. As I have lived here for several years, I cannot let it go by when someone says "Nobody liked Sallie".
I personally thought that Sallie was an excellent manager and was liked by the larger majority of the residents. She maintained high standards for her residents, rather than to simply move people in to fill vacant apartments. Since she was transferred, the people moving into the complex have been, as a majority, loud and uncontrolled. They have made this complex crumble to meet their way of life instead of raising their behavior to become decent and respectible residents. I know for a fact that Sallie did not give free rent to people unless it was part of a promotion for leasing. There HAVE been residents moved in AFTER she left who received MAJOR discounts in rent per month... thus contributing to the riff-raff who have complimented our once clean and peaceful atmosphere.
Sallie is very much missed here... at least by the decent folks.
I wonder at this point when this complex will become a low-income residency. If it continues on its current path, it will not be long. As for commentary that suggests that one of the authors of a review here is entitled to speak for everyone else... I would ask that person to restrict her opinions about what other people think or feel to themself as they do not have support for their commentary.
