Oh the untrueths speak to all. I want to address the individual who claims that a writer (me) does not have the right to "speak for all," regarding the conditions at Enclave.
I never claimed that to be the case at all. First of all, yes there have been loud residents as of late, but some of these residents have been loud and obnoxious during the tenure of the Sally Brown management. In fact, the neighbor who leased below me was a loud resident of Indian decent and that particular family was leased on during Sally's time there.
Second, Sally did give free rent to her own residents that she liked. How do I know' Because I heard it from those people themselves. I even approached Sally about it because I knew what she was doing.
If you have concerns regarding the residents, don't create a review that is inaccurate, complain to the management yourself or call 911 for noise control. It is that simple. Don't blame management when you don't make a formal complaint yourself.
Also, this place is not the ghetto either. This apartment complex is clean and presentable.
As far as the people living here: It is not merely the promotions given to people to have them move in, it is the growth this area has had that attributes to the diversity at this complex. I am not saying it is always easy, I am just saying that his part of Sugarland is diverse and the school demographics proof it as well as the neighborhood demographic. You cannot be a poor bum and live here. Anyone who signed on would eventually have to leave in 6 months to a year to afford living here. This place is not a ghetto.
I think perhaps, our new managager has chosen not to give this particular person who berates this complex any more free rent, so he is very, very upset because now he has to pay rent like everyone else.

You presume too much... 1st, I am not a HE, and second, I never have recieved free rent from anyone. I wrote what is honest and heart-felt. If you are so enraptured with this place that you cannot see the peoploe who move in on the promotions moving out when the lease is over, get a vision screening. I personally don't care how YOU feel about the place, but rather was voicing my personal opinion, and Yes dear, you were speaking for everyone "everyone hated Sallie Brown"... well, not everyone did. As I moved in just a short time after this place was built, and have watched it deteriorate the way it has, I completely feel justified in calling it a ghetto. Please check your facts also, as a ghetto is not defined by its ethnic make-up. Do not propose to know me as you probably do not. I make it a habit to keep to myself.
