I would not waist the overpriced money. The cealings leak and were going to be "painted over" however, they manegement hasn't gotten around to it. Four of my neighbors have had breakins. My upstairs neighbor has had maintness men "lounging around watching t.v. and helping themselves to lunch." My lease has even been altered after signing.

Don't rent here.
