Quiet community.It is family oriented (kids play outside often) but no problems.I love the specifics in the units that give it something different than most,such as...built in ceiling speakers that are wired throughout the unit and home office in the bedroom..Parking gets a little tight at night but the 24hr Kroger sits behind complex in addition to Walgreens, Burger King,and Sonic.So far in natural disasters (Hurricane Ike) the electricity remained throughout the majority of the storm & recovery week.Management can be a little touchy about patio set ups,but we are pleased with the peace and quality of the complex.We housed many houston homeowners in our 1 bedroom during recovery.I am pleased!
