The Administration of these apartments just had smile with me one time: when I signed the contract. They introduce themself as a very hospitality, cooperative, and trustful people but at the end they never respond well to your complaints and problems. I never had see somebody cleaning or bringing maintenance to the buildings (stairs, walls or corridors) and beleive me there is a lot of bird sh** in all of my building.
The rent is a ridicoulus price for the poor service that they bring. I find something much better and with a low price. I know you can do the same, YOU MUST DO THE SAME.

yes, the bird ---- is ridiculous. you cant even hold onto the railing as you go down the stairs unless u want dried bird ---- all over your hands.
