I personally know that the only people who come to rating websites are those who are upset because their management staff will not bed the rules for them. I personally live at the Enclave at Woodbridge, and while everything has not always been perfect, I have seen major improvements in customer service and property appearance. There have been 3 different managers since I first came here last May, however I believe that the current manager is going to be here for some time.

The staff has impressed me so much that I just signed my renewal. I only had a $10 increase. So whoever says that their rental increases are too high might need to find better jobs. Also, they offered me several choices with different options, even a non-contract option. So I felt like they weren't pressuring me for anything!

My neighbors are good, quiet and considerate. The apartment was spotless when I moved in and I have never seen a roach or bug! I have realized that there are way to many people in this world who want to judge people way to quickly, they need to take a moment to realize that people are people and can make mistakes. Give people a little bit of a break if they have a slight slip up. Your not perfect either.

It really upsets me and truly makes me want to hide from my neighbors knowing that the same people that are so nice to my face can pass judgment so quickly and harshly on innocent people who are simply doing their jobs. Maybe we should send the office staff into their place of business and talk that way about their work.

I personally enjoy living at the Enclave @ Wood bridge, have recommended several of my friends and co-workers and intend to stay here should my job stay in the Sugarland/Houston area. I would suggest that if you are a resident who feels that there is little or no customer service/ you have issues with something on property that you call the office. Anything I've asked has been answered in a reasonable manor. Don't be cowardly chicken and write negative comments.

Oh, and if you are going to be a little snot and write comments like these, please make sure that you use correct grammar and spelling. Nothing makes you look worse than writing a review that people can not read due to improper grammar and spelling. Go back to elementary and re-learn the English language if you have any questions.

Above review was written obviously an irate staffer who got banged by top management for poor reviews and is desperately trying to defend 'herself'. This is a good example of what this place is, staffed by people who don't want to do any thing to improve themselves but want good reviews for free. Fact is this place will dry up because they raise the rents too much and are very unhelpful. There is not a single time when you request something and the staffer will do it, take a minimum 2-3 follow ups. Sometimes they will not even talk properly on phone and will be in a hurry to hang up forcing you to go to club house. If you have time for minimum 2 trips to leasing center for every small thing then thats fine. most staffers don't know what was discussed before or with colleagues, there is no coordination among them and you will bang your head against the wall every time you speak to a staffer (except maybe one with short hair who seems a little ok) The person who reviewed this obviously has a very low standard of expectations about service and courtesy or has lived previously in a more oppressive environment or more likely a staffer herself that she decided to come down so heavily and almost with personal outrage against reviewers. 90% (by conservative) estimates of people who live there have a low opinion of the management. go live there if you want to deal with such crazies.

She harped on bad grammar, which she used herself unless "bed the rules" actually means something. She didn't right a review of the property...she responded to the multitude of negative comments as though she were the manager. She seemed to take offense. Why would she sneak in a good review instead of responding to the bad ones as the manager. I've been a property manager. I managed 13 properties and never once did I hide from an owner's/ renter's comments the way this manager appears to be doing. Greystar never could pay their assessments to property owner's associations they belong to across the Houston area. I guess they can't hire decent people to manage property either
