i cried in the office from frustration with staff

the staff was excellent when i signed my lease... after i moved in the light cover in my kitchen was missing and i was promised it would be installed ASAP. after BS from the staff for 2 weeks i had to hunt down maintenance who gladly installed it. then my dryer broke. when i put in my request for a new one, the idiots sent me a tube to replace a part that was not broken. still no dryer after two weeks. two weeks later, they try and give me another WASHER. i finally got a dryer and no refund for the month i PAID to rent the non-working dryer.
then the rain came. my roof leaked and i made a request to get it fixed. a month later and nothing happened but more roof damage from more rain, but finally they fixed it. but only the damage made by the rain inside my apt, not that actual hole in the roof. so another storm and more damage to the roof, including my furniture.
my complaints to the corporate office went unheard, the corporate manager never answered her phone or returned my calls.
i was told by the manager the hole was never fixed because the staff turnover rate was so high that everyone i made the request to quit soon after. (worst excuse ever).
when i talked to the roofers they told me several units had major roof damage and water leaks and this had been known to the manager for MONTHS but they did nothing about it.
everytime i go pay my rent (never late, always a week early)i am met by disapproving eyes that soon roll, i never get a "HI" or even a nod. i am the PERFECT neighbor, mainly because i only lived there 2 1/2 months out of my 12 month lease due to the rain coming into my apartment.
when i went to sign my notice to vacate 60 days before my lease was up the staff would not give me the official form to fill out and sign, she said "just write it on a peice of paper". right... i told her i needed the official one and she had to look for it. 2 seconds later it appeared and she told me what to fill out and gave me a copy, only for me to notice a few days later she never signed it so it was still not approved.
the roaches never went exterminated, the gates to the entrance were wide open and never closed and locked for about 6 months.
the residents were never a problem, in fact i never met any of my nieghbors.
to put it in these words, i moved out after 2 1/2 months, i continued to pay my rent, electricity, and water for 10 months after i moved into my house because it was better to lose thousands of dollars than live somewhere that gross.
i love the maintenence, the staff however is horrible, horrible, bad, bad, BAD.
