RIGHT IN THE HEART OF SUGAR LAND

This is one of the best properties in Sugar Land, I lived there for 1.5 years and was sad to go, the rate increase on the rent was way too high. Rent for a 1 bedroom has gone up more than $100 since I ived there a year ago.
