When I moved here the office staff was knowledgeable and prompt. Recently everyone has changed. They are so stupid that they forgot to even write out a new lease for me even though I reminded them about it- and then they had the nerve to make me sign it in just a few days or the rent would have been month-to- month. Then I had to bug them 4 times to get a copy of the lease. Now my toilet broke and Pearl (office girl) just told me that it could wait "since you have another bathroom". Well I pay for both bathrooms and I want them working. Now they are nickel and diming residents to death for trash, water etc. And the parking really sucks...now that everyone is cutting back on the driving.
This place is becoming a dump with the terrible service and lack of responsibility of the office staff is abominable. Can't wait to get out.

I can't speak with too much experience about how this apartment complex used to be and how it is now. I've only lived here since June. However, I do feel that it is unfair to call out an office worker, especially by name (I'll take the time to point out that that is against this site's policies).

I agree, calling out an employee is unfair. That, and Pearl was pretty hot as well, I would've shagged her if she gave me the time of day that's for sure.
