The main problem with these apartments is that you are required to have tvmax if you cant have a dish due to location. They have a contract with the cable company, so no getting anything else. The cable company is terrible. They have extreme basic channels and the image quality is terrible. Dont expect them to carry any HD programming either. So if you have a HDTV make sure you get put somewhere that you can put a dish. Also as other people have said, the parking is minimal for the amount of cars/residents. If you work late dont expect to find a spot anywhere near your apartment.
