I've lived at the Fairmont about 2 years now and I love it. Reading the apartment ratings about the Fairmont made me chose it. There have been 3 break ins since I've been there, as a matter of fact 2 of them happened just yesterday! They do have alarm systems in the apartments and I know for a fact the first victim didn't activate their alarm. TV MAX cable does SUCK! OMG does it suck! I have to unplug it at least twice a week so the box will reset and the Guide will show up. I can go on and on about TX MAX! I have not had a problem with the Internet service though...that seems to work just fine. Alot of residents do have satellite. The office staff is very pleasant and attentive. The location is absolutely perfect...extremely close to every store and restaurant you can image! Also its right next to the Highway. My daughter attends Dulles HS which has a 9 out of 10 rating at greatschools.net. I don't have a problem with parking because I live towards the end of the complex.
