Looks are decieving. The staff is extremely friendly and polite until you sign your lease. From that moment on, you are just a number. They make it very clear that you are now just another tenant like every other sucker thats still stuck in their lease.
The staff is extremely proud of their 24 hour maintainence gaurantee, until you actually need to use it. Then, suddenly they dont remember mentioning a guarantee. It took over a week to get a service man to our apartment.
Good luck on finding a parking spot after 8pm. There are plenty of spots about 6 units from you, so if you're the outdoor/hiking type, then this might be your place.
The gym is a junker as well. Some of the equipment doesnt work, and the pieces that do are in really bad shape.
The apartments are in nice shape, and the area is nice as well, but its not worth the amount of rent they charge vs the service you receive.
