I totally regret living in this apartment. I thought by just looking at the place, location and the price, I would get a good service from the staff. Well, I was wrong.

I lived on second floor and the tenants who lived above me always walked around with heavy footsteps and they kind of strange, sometime they would fight with the female screaming, running around, and slamming the patio door in the middle of the night (I didn't complain to the management office about this as I was so sure that nobody would care). One night, around 2:30 AM, I heard sowing/drilling noise from bathroom ceiling, thinking someone was trying to break into my place. So I called the police and they checked out people living above and they couldn't find anything wrong so they suggested me to contact the management office. So the next morning, I contacted the office and I was very surprised the way they reacted: they asked me to call the police and didn't even show any concern about my feeling that night. I asked if I could move to another unit. Then they started telling me that I had to pay a fee for moving and any rent increase. Can you imagine how ridiculous their service was that I had to pay to move for security reason'

Another thing that I noticed was if you owe them money, they will haunt you like crazy to pay. I already moved out 3 months ago, and I haven't gotten any notice about my refundable deposit yet. They never return my calls after living several messages, even the property manager promised me that they would call back.

There was one day that the maintenance person went to my place to fix something. I knew that nothing was wrong in my unit and I didn't call the office. I called the office to check and she said it was a mistake and didn't even apologize. I lived in so many places already and never had any maintenance staff mistakenly come to wrong unit. I didn't know how many times this had happened already and didn't feel safe after this happened.

I will not recommend this place to any of my friends. It's a big disappointment to live there.
