I had very little trouble parking, I parked right outside my apartment almost everyday. Property staff are courteous. Of course it is a Gables from which out of the several I have lived in, First Colony has the best staff and great maintenance. My apartment (a C2) has a big living room, dining room, kitchen and master bed/bath. The second bedroom is still quite large. I loved living here and am moving purely for work. I commuted from this apt complex to downtown and it took 30-45 minutes everyday (although I wasn't traveling at height of rush hour)

iam sure a staff member wrote these . belive me an i gaurantee u u gone find everthing opposite when u move in there. rudest staff ever . staff changes almost everday. never attends phone calls u have to leasve massages in answering machines.u will be robeed at the time of move out by the mangament by charges u all the undone damages done to there apparment .almost maintance service very poor .
