Rent has dramatically increased every year since I've been here and if you're planning on moving here, you should expect the same. Overall, it's a nice place to live, but definitely not worth the premium. Maintenance service takes about 2 days, but it's not really that big of a deal. Although, one time I called to office to request immediate attention for flooding in my bathroom and NOBODY came, even the next day, or ever for that matter. Getting the office staff to pick up the phone is a challenge, even for the persistent (they do have an answering service, but I'm still trying to figure out if the message I leave ever gets through to the staff). Courteous office staff. Parking availability has decreased substantially since I've been here. Property is well kept and seems very safe (police station nearby), even during late hours.

I think they are too expensive for having as many burglaries as they do and someone trying to get in my apt. when I was home and my next door neighbor having his window broken at 6:30 a.m. in the morning. We are scared to live there.
