I moved here in the fall of 2006 and for the most part it has been a pleasure. I agree with some of the posts concerning prior management issues but most complexes have had a managment issue one time or another. They seem to be on the right track now.

My biggest headache while living here was the prior management allowed a tenant to have two large dogs in the apartment above me and they ran wild each night waiting for their master to take them out. Finally the tenant moved after a couple of months.

I was very lucky in finding Landmark due to the electric bills that I hear are common in around Houston. My power bill has been between $55 and $105. These homes are very cost efficent. The appliances are less than two years old and are of top notch quality.

I have to make a big decision on renewing my lease due to traveling reasons and other reasons but none of the reasons are related to Landmark.

I would recommend "Landmark of Sugar Land" to anyone who is looking to move in to the area.
