As everyone mentioned....another new manager. Something of the sorts you would see in the movies...a typical old hag manager. Rude, never smiles...makes the "high paying" residents feel unwelcome. I expected more living in Sugar Land. They are quick to give you a tour and make you feel welcome when you sign up, but after that it's down hill if there was even a plus to living here. Staff not committed to delivering customer service. When your a resident, if you walk into the office, it's more of a "what do you want" attitude versus a "how may I help you"
The sprinkler systems water everything but the grass (cars, sidewalks, and parking lot.) When you run hot water, there is a loud clicking noise. The parking here is absolutely horrible, I have to walk a ways at night to get to my apartment. Seems like now they are approving anyone just to fill their spaces. I have a neighbor that has about 5 to 6 cars of guests every night and they all drink and smoke outside all night and run up and down the stairs. They even block in cars when they come through. Their are, I believe, 3 people living in a one bedroom apartment and they all have girlfriend that stand outside and pound on the door late nights and early morning just to gain entrance to the apartment.
I had my parents visit recently, they are older, and I had them call me when they reached the parking lot just so I could walk them up because people are always hanging around the staircase. Ridiculous.

I think it is a great place to live. The staff is great. I don't get it, if you are not happy MOVE!! All the negative things on there you wrote. The only people who write on here are the ones who don't pay there rent on time or only complain to this site. Try calling the office!

Why should the residents move? Why doesn't Landmark hire staff that can handle customer issues? I have never paid my rent late or I do call the office for issues. In the 2 years I have lived here, I have found the office staff to be less than satifactory. I will continue to post about it here. If the situation changes, I will post that as well.

I agree with the original poster. Everything is great when you are leasing the apartment but once you are in, customer service is gone!
