It is so sad to see so many unhappy residents. The complex has only been open a few years and it has more negative reviews than older complexes. I have given all 4 managers a chance to make things better and they have failed. I have given the corporate office many chances to make things right and they have failed as well. There is no hope for this complex.

As others have said, there are many problems with the construction, maintenance and noise level. The staff is unable to have a postive effect on any of these issues. Anyone who says they are happy here has not yet experienced the terrible level of service others have. Good for them and I hope they never do.

There is a reason why the rent here is so cheap and there are so many deep discounts and incentives to move in. I am so sorry I did not do better research before I moved in here. Don't make my mistake.

If anyone wants to finance my move out, just let me know. I will be delighted to go!
