I have lived in this complex for eight months and I am moving out this weekend. The first few months were fine but the place is a death trap now. I have had encounters with Copperhead snakes, vultures, flea bitten dogs allowed to roam the complex all night, drunk neighbors that pee in front of my patio (while I'm sitting on it), two break-ins, a horrible flea infestation in the yard that they refuse to treat and trash EVERYWHERE! The managment no longer cares about the place. Anytime you call for a repair they assure you that they will get to it that same day but most of the time they never come, even after several calls. I have been lied to multiple times from everyone at the office. The residents that were there when I first moved in were great, now I am surrounded by (for lack of a better word) FEMA's rejects.

be careful when you move out..they like to screw people with thier water bill, and they WILL send you to collections so pay everything up to date..also they will charge you for having to paint thier great "flat" wall's. They told me i could have asked for the paint and done it myself..so note to you..get some paint from them and do it yourself! Also make sure the carpets are clean..and take pictures..do a walk through with them while your taking the pics! these are all lessons i learned from livnng there. good luck!
