The complex is not bad considering it is almost 18 years old. Well maintained by the staff and the grounds are well cared for. Parking is adequate for the masses that live here, but it is still a quite community. The best deal within the complex for my wife and I has been the 1 bedroom with the study. Although the rent started out at $775, on our next signing it will have raised almost $100 dollars more when we moved in January of 2001. You would think they would want us to stay, but raising rent that high in a 2 year period is rather steep.
