I have been living at the Lion's Head Apts. for two years now. I should have known when they wouldn't let me see my apartment before I moved in, that it was going to be trouble. I loved it at first, the price was right and I'm close to my family. It has only gone downhill from there. There is no assigned parking and the charge for the covered spots is ridiculous. At most places you can get a garage for what they charge for these run down awnings. Cars frequently get broken in to, maintenance work is never fully completed the first time around, and my rent has been raised $200 in two years. My electric bill is VERY high due to old ac units and management even says so, but is not willing to replace them. There is no workout facility, security, or gate, despite the increase in rent. Sure this is in a great part of town, but it's NOT worth the money they're charging for these old apartments, to which they have done NO remodeling on the insides. Go across the street and actually get what you pay for, I know I am.

Don't go to THE FAIRMONT! They have ------ TV service and even if you give them a month notice that you will not take the apartment after all, they keep your deposit. They will admit they have crap TV and internet service but still keep the deposit EVEN IF YOU DIDN'T rent! They suck! Go to The Reserve at Woodbridge or Pebble Creek Ranch. If The Fairmont would like bad reviews removed...stop stealing unsuspecting people's deposits.
