I've lived here for the last year and a half and my experience has been horrible. The first problem I had with this community is my water pressure in my shower. It was coming out so fast I had less than 10 minutes to shower. I informed the staff and they had someone come by to look at it and they said that the 'water pressure was fine'. The next day I take a shower and had the same problem. I had to go and buy a new shower head so I could control the pressure coming out - haven't had a problem with that since. The other constant problem I've had is my dishwasher - all it does is shoot food around so all it's good for now is to serve as a drying rack. I've told them twice about the problem but they apparently don't know how to fix it so it's still a problem. The staff are nice enough but a little stupid and naive. When I resigned my lease I got a free carpet cleaning so I scheduled it for a certain day since I would be off. I got a call saying they had to postpone it a day and I told them I would be working nights and told them not to show up before 2 pm. Sure enough at 10 am they came knocking on my door to clean my carpets. I complained to the staff and Millicent's explanation was 'I run 2 complexes'. No apologies or anything. The landscapers come out maybe every 2-3 months so the grounds look horrible most of the time. The staff has no respect for people who do shift work like I do. I would not recommend this apartment to anybody. Ever!

I live here & I don't know what you're talking about when it comes to how the grounds look. In fact, I found myself thinking the other day that "sure, I like how it looks, but don't they come out TOO much?" PS: We bought a new showerhead too. Wow, $8 for a showerhead shouldn't be a big thing to complain about.

You must live in the area where the pool and fountain are which is very nice. However I live in the back area where it just looks bad most days and they do not come out very often to take care of the grounds. As for the showerhead I had to buy one that controlled the water pressure coming from the spout which was definitely more than $8.
