A very fine place to live

I really enjoy these apartments. I looked at several around Sugar Land, and these were the only ones that really stood out to me. While the price of apartments are relatively similar around Sugar Land, these are a bit older and I felt as if they had a bit more character than the rest. On top of this, the balconies are much larger than any of the other apartments I looked at, and the interior - where the pool and pond are - is so beautiful, my friends and family are always jealous. The staff are very friendly and I haven't had any problems with my apartment aside from pesky bees. This is my 4th apartment and without a doubt the nicest I have lived in to date.

what about the AC? do you have really high electricity bills. I am thinkin of moving in.
