I lived there for a year. Everything seemed to be great. When I moved here they made me put a large deposit down because I didn't have my credit built, so I did so. The deposit is supposed to be returned back to you when you move out. When I moved out I got a letter listing all kinds of so called "problems" that I had to pay for more than $1,000 worth and still owing money. If you move out they will take every penny of your's, plus some!!! This place is also starting to run down, it's starting to get ghetto with late night people screaming. If you have kids, this is definitly not the place for you. I would consider The Fairmont across the street. They are much nicer!!!
