I'm moving out on Saturday. It's OK... if you want to pay 40$ a month to rent a washer and dryer... and deal with kids running around all over the place. The maintance people still haven't fixed my window, and I told them that the screen fell off 4 months ago. The actual living space is kind of small, and the place is like Wild Kingdom. Last week I cam home to fina a garter snake on my doorstep attempting to eat a frog, I swear to God. The frog got away. Be prepared to run into frogs and lizzards on the grounds and in front of your door. The management staff is medium nice, and they let you know when crime happenes, except the time that a resident was set on fire by a stranger. But I still feel ok going to my mailbox at night.
