I have been here since December03 and I will be moving out in December04 and cannot wait. The walls are very thin. I had extremely loud neighbors who eventually were put out.
I had to call on several occassions to have stuff fixed. The hot water only lasts for one shower. My boyfriend either has to take one with me or wait to take a shower due to the lack of hot water.
There are a lot of lizards, and other mysterious animals lurking around the outside of the apartment.
The price for the apartment is decent for the Sugar Land area but you will be better off paying a little bit more for something much nicer!
