It's a nice place to live in, small little property with lots of activities. Maintenance personel is pleasant, apartments are awsome in size and space. BUT, office property manager needs to be replaced or adjusted. She is not a professional, talked down to me like if I had no sense and does not try to help you when it comes down to doing and treating eveyone equal just as it states with the fair housing law. She is rude and will even leave you standing there talking and give you her back. She states that she has to go by policy, but I have talked to other residents and found out that she has allow them to do different, and tells them not to say anything. She's never available, everytime that I have walked into the office she is always on her cell phone, talking to her cops laughing out loud, or with her husband and does not attend if we are waiting in lobby area, while the other two girls are busy or running like crazy. She approches residents like if she was a police, and be-littles kids and international residents. I think that Kaplan Management needs a change and someone more like a peoples person and not a commander. I pay lots of money for an awsome community that I would love to continue making "my home"!
