I was charged unfair amounts for moveout and when I approached Nancy she was rude, discriminating, and refused to work with me. She is very unprofessional and the type of business they are running is unethical. Kaplan management needs to think about the type of people they have working there because they will be bankrupt in a couple of years if they don't. If you live at Parkside now- GET OUT while you can!

some angry person who was forced to comply with there lease or some spitefull employee trying to stab the manager in the back!!!!!!!
