Ive read several of the negative comments about the manager and I know for a fact that most if not all of the disgruntled tenants are mad because they have to follow the rules of the lease. Thats why you sign one, so dont bad mouth the manager for doing her job, thats what she gets paid for.
If I have a problem with something I know that if I call Nancy it will be handled quickly and to my satisfaction. Ive lived here for almost 3 years and owners are doing well with having Nancy as the manager.

I would not change a thing.

O.k. Chris, you just commented on someone else needing some English lessons, but I noticed that you have a few errors as well. As far as Nancy goes, she isn't the most professional. She isn't the nicest. She isn't the most sincere. All she's about is money, I understand that she's the manager but she isn't professional or courteous at all. To sum it up, I wouldn't reccommend this complex simply based on the presence of Ms. Nancy Harvey.
