The new manager is great here and everyone in the office is really nice whenever I've gone in. I love my apartment and it seems like a great deal for the space I rent. The parking got to be an issue but they gave out parking stickers to avoid towing so they could free up space for their residents. Most of the negative comments I have read on here are from people that sound like they just don't want to follow the lease guidelines they were given when they moved in and don't listen to the management when they're informed on something new, like the parking situation (put a small sticker in the window). Honestly I've NEVER had a problem finding parking here in the past 6 months. People are just really lazy and have to park right infront of their door. There is ALWAYS parking and it's really not ever too far away. I have no problems here I like it and would recommend it anyone.

the review is a joke and would not surprise me if management themselves actually posted it and why would parking bother them when they park in the handicap spaces and tow any and everyone else who would dare....what a joke....I will never choose another Kaplan Corp property due to the inability to hire quality management.

Thats the same thing that I was thinking when I read that. Not unbelievable though. Even a butthole thinks that it doesn't smell bad when lots of hot air goes thru it. Kind of like the management here.

I know the resident who posted this statement (they are a teacher with LCISD) and I'm sure they would be highly offended that someone referred to their opinion as "fake," yet you seem not to have an issue with stating yours.
