Researching apartment rentals on Apartment ratings is like researching political coverage on Myspace...

Anyone, anywhere, can say anything without having to supplement their post with actual usable (or concrete) evidence that explains why they have a disgruntle disposition. If you are interested in obtaining accurate information on a property (and I mean ANY property on this site) then just shop around, go talk with the staff, talk with the maintenence crew, talk to ACTUAL residents on property. At least that way you can be sure what you hear is legit.

Ethnic community! Don't expect to find a parking space, unless you care to pay a hefty monthly price. It is very expensive for the apartment size. If you are looking for a quality living area, move to The Woodlands or Tomball. I found out the hard way!
