Just by reading the reviews, u get the idea they were written by either a pssd off tenant or the competitors. I've been here a little more than 1.5 years. It is not a bad place. It is quiet, and my maint. requests have always been taken care of. Those ladies in that office are friendly and easy to talk to. The little maint. guy is always eager to help. With the exception that the kids play in the parking lot at times,(make sure you honk the hell out ya horn) I would refer them. Clearly, they are not the newest place in town, but I feel safe at anytime I come home. I have to leave my apartment unattended for weeks at a time, because of work, and not once have I felt concerned. Its close to work, friendly neighbors, and I have no complaints.....
