Sushi3, I agree. My apartment is quite small, but its cute. The gym does get on my nerves. But overall, I agree with the other review, "I feel at ease here". I lived down the street three years ago and my apartment was broken into/burglarized. All I got from management, was an offer to either move or switch apartments. As if I invited the thiefs in!!! For peace of mind, parkside is the place. Management/Maintenance is good, and responsive. Beware the rent IS high.
