Bad management, good apartments. High crime area.

Hi,

I lived in the apartments for about an year and the apartments are good. The management however is really bad and be ready to be misbehaved if you decide to move into these apartments. Once you vacate the apartment, get ready to receice hefty account balance far from reality. High crime rate in these apartments is another reason to keep you away from the area.
