The current manager there now is extremely rude, plays favorites with certain tenants, such as not enforcing rules for her favorites such as the tenants above our apartment. They NEVER pick up after their dog when it dumps excrement on the grounds, and scratches on walls and doors when left alone all day. Management doesn't care. The Manager is very inappropriate in her work ethics and has an attitude thick enough you can cut with a knife. She's ignorant in her knowledge of running such an expensive property. When we moved, we recieved partial deposit back with no statement or letter of explanation of what was deducted. Just a check. The only one who was helpful and honest was the book keeper. They need to switch positions and put the Manager back to the books, and have the Book Keeper run the property. The Book Keeper has better people skills. There must be a great shortage of GOOD MANAGERS for this business. Also, the crime rate there is tremendous. Our car was broken into and most neighbors around our building have had theirs broken into. We had at least 15 notices posted on our door the two years we lived there informing us of home invasions or break ins. A neighbor told me his apartment was broken into twice. He has also moved. We had a Home Security System in ours while we lived there and I suggest if you plan to move there you do the same. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
