I have lived here for two years now and I have never once had a problem with security or with the staff. I travel a lot for work and I leave my car under my covered parking spot for days at a time and haven't had any problems. In the past I heard of incidents on the property regarding cars being broken into. The management has always been good about letting us know what is going on and what we can do to help prevent it. I went to the office to pay rent the other day and noticed that they had installed new cameras around the entrance and other areas. When I asked the manager, Mia, about them she informed me that they were actively trying to make it a safer community for us. I don't know about you, but I've never seen any other apartment complexes with as many cameras as Reserve. I signed a 13 month renewal 2 months ago and I am happy where I am and have no intention of moving before I buy a home. To really get a better opinion on the property, I suggest visiting to get your own idea about the place, instead of reading what the few unhappy people have to say on here.

The manager is eventually going to run out of people to go in and give reviews to counter act the negative ones. The reality is that there are more then a few disgruntled tenants and if you want to mislead future tenants just to preserve her ego then fine. However, there is a community of tenants and past tenants who speak amongst themselves and know what is really going on there.
