While the place is safe and neat, the staff there resort to nasty way to get money from you when you vacate. I stayed there for 13 months and they put a claim for $285/ for 'excessive wear' of carpet. They did not care to come up an inspection before I left though I had asked for it. They did not call me to verify their claim before the new tenants came in. As I was not asked to place a deposit with them, they had no way of recovering the money, and instead passed this to a collection agency. I refused to pay. Today I came to know from my credit report that this item, appears as the only uncollected debt in my credit report. I am really indignant and am planning to send to the credit agencies copies of my letters to the collection agency disputing the claim.
