Gables River Crest has to be the worst apartments in Sugar Land TX which is an upper class community. We were sick the whole time we lived there because of bad mold in the a/c. We found out they had hidden big buckets behind the a/c wall (which can't be seen) to catch the leaks from the 2nd and 3rd floor apts, which happen frequently. The buckets are full of horrible smelly water and until they overflow you don't even know the bucket is there. And pretty much what everyone else has complained about on here, we experienced too. Very happy to get out of there! Would NOT recommend.
