I'm a current resident at Rivercrest, and have found it to be a great complex. I've lived here with my wife for 5 months and the noise levels aren't bad at all. I came home on a Friday night around 9 oclock last week and didn't see one person in the parking lot, and could have heard a pin drop. Maintenance is good most of the time. The surroundings are beautiful, probably my favorite part. If I could change one thing it would be the price, but compare any Sugar Land complex and you'll find similar rates. I've seen no crime or even suspicious activity. Basically, if your willing to pay for a Sugar Land apartment, this place is worth checking out.

The person who had written this and gave this apartment a high rating is a Gables Rivercrest employee. Note the only 2 high ratings on this site, only a day apart...need to say more?
