Rent Increases Soaring

I lived here three and a half years, but I'm leaving now. I love the lake, the grounds, the water fowl, and the maintenance people, but the rent just shot right off the charts. My only real complaint (other than the rent increase) is the lack of insulation. Summer electricity for a 2BR runs over $200/month. They also charge extra for water and trash pickup, so add another $25 a month to whatever they say the rent is. The music from The Adobe across the lake is always a little annoying, but I got used to it. I had no problems here till they suddenly increased the rent by $100 a month.
