I've lived here since June 04 and every time we have to renew our lease the price sores. I pay almost $900 for a 2 bedroom and I ve been liveing in a construction zone since July, its APRIL NOW. The management is rude and could care less. The last time we had to renew that actually lost our file and then tried to make it sound like it was our fault. The only reason we have stayed as long as we have is because they allow big dogs that is of course if you can afford the BIG pet deposit. I hate the maintenance team, the last time we had a problem with our toilet, for the upteenth time, they told me that it was supposed to make a noise when you flushed. Well no ---- Sherlock. Also I had them come in for a mold problem and they came in a month later to paint over it and when I said no because my baby was home asleep they acted all put out and never came back out to fix it. We had to have our bathroom counter fixed and when they came to replace it they put a different size, a smaller one, and didn't bother to fix the floor so there is and inch and a half gap from where the lament ends and the counter begins. So because I mop on a regular basis, and I have sons that splashes when he takes a bath its starting to come up because of the water trapped under it. I hate it sooooooooooo much that words don't even begin to describe it. But the thing is I really can't move because almost every property in Sugar Land is a Gables property. Please don't move here if you have a choice, commute if you have to.
