It really does suck!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
These old apartments are a disgrace to Sugar Land. The sprinkler system was installed in muddy areas, so the paving to my apartment was always muddy and managment didnt care. I was paying $765 for a one bedroom and when my lease was ending they tried to up it to $860. I laughed and moved to Rosenberg. Commuting everyday is way better than living there. I had just bought a new Tahoe and some construction work cracked my windshield. Parking was ok before 9pm. They dont even include washers and dryers in the normal rent. WTF! And by the way, DUCK CRAP is EVERYWHERE!
