The moment I moved in I noticed that the parking was going to be a nightmare since you don't have your own parking space assigned. Specially, the days of groceries shopping. Not been being able to park in front of your apartment was not really ideal for me.
Every day our neighbors took showers past 12:00am and also at 5:45 am. It sounds like they are taking them in your own apartment. Everytime their kids ran sounds so hard that looked like our leaving room ceiling fan was going to fall off.
The general square feet of the apartment compare to other ones that I've lived in is minimal and this was the most expensive one.
The rooms don't have any bulbs nor fans, so you have to buy your own ones and instal them...... what''''
The only GOOD thing I find is the location. And I believe that is they ONLY thing that we were paying for.
