I lived at that apartment for 3 years and never had a problem until I moved to a bigger apartment. I had major water damage, roaches, torn carpet, holes in the wall and bathroom floor and that was only in the first month of me moving in. I asked the staff to fix it for 5 months. I finally took it upon myself to send certified letter to her and refused rent until it was fixed. Staff ignored my letters and calls. I had to go get my mother to help me talk to staff and we decided once the carpet and walls were fixed I would pay back rent. 2 weeks later nothing and then I got a eviction notice. For all you out there don't move into this apartment complex. The staff are liars!!!
