DO NOT!!! move into this place. My husband and i thought this was gonna be the best place to live in the world. The mannager seemed to be nice, a little fake, but nice. We went and saw the apartment. they told us they would do something about the carpets, wich wasnt done at all, when we move in. Also we had problems with a loud upstairs alcholic woman and her grandchild. the mannager did nothing. said that we were more then welcome to contact the police if we wanted too. The water in the intire house didnt get hot unless you had it running for at least two minuts, And in the shower it would only get warm for a while befor it got cold. The apartments are so close that you can hear everything the people who lives next to yous convercations. These people who runs this place, didnt seem to care or have anything under control. DO NOT MOVE IN THERE, IT WILL GIVE YOU NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS IN THE LONG RUN.

I was satisfied with everything while living at Applecreek. When I moved out of town I was surprised not to get a refund on my security deposit. I paid rent on time every month for 4 years and left the apartment cleaner than it was when I moved in. (I saw a few apt.'s after tenants moved out that were awful) A full return of the deposit was expected - as someone from management checked the apartment before I left town. I moved too far away and had too many other things to deal with so didn't fight the decision not to refund my deposit very long. It sure made me realize how important it is to take before/after pictures and document everything. It's sad that people choose to behave this way just for a few bucks. They(rental agents) gripe about "bad" tenants, then when a responsible person comes along, they treat them poorly.
