This is the Worst apartment ever. I wish i had visited this site before renting. I have one main problem.Roaches. I have had them for 6 months now and the staff will not resolve the issue. I have been told they cant afford to have a professional exterminator come every month to resolve the issue. I have been told to move without being compensated with a refund of security deposit or reimbursement for them breaking the lease.After contacting the owner of the property, I was retaliated against with a letter threatening to remove my cat if I did not pay an additional 500 dollars within 24 hours.The whole reason behind the roach issue is due to a filthy neighbor who left his apartment covered in pet feces and urine (see attatched pictures)...this place is a total nightmare. Dont move here unless you want the nightmare of a lifetime.The grounds are messy and the laundry room always has a busted washer with 3 month old water and trash in the washer, laundry room floors are never cleaned. Dont be fooled by the Sweetwater reporter plaques on the wall for "best apartments" in Sweetwater..it is a total nightmare.
