Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
Foundation is horrible, over priced.
1 600 sq ft. for $532, give me a break. The acoustics -
there are none. You can hear everything
above you, talking, walking, everywhere
someone goes, you hear everything. The walls vibrate, it's so bad..not kidding. The apartment complex, leaves windows open to vacant apartments, when it rains, it rains inside each one of them. It is now...walk around and you will see. No privacy at all. Managers quit recently, both of them, wonder why''''''
Alot of cars broken into, not very safe.
Kids run around without a parent or guardian, as young as 1 yr old. Not kidding.
CPS doesn't seem to care. Lots of young 18 to 21 year olds here, partying all hours of the night and day. Good luck...
