Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
I have lived at Apple Creek for three years and it is falling apart. I have squirrels that live in my walls and ceilings that run and scratch all the time. The office will not do anything about them. My ceiling keeps leaking and all they do is paint over it.
