I liked this place at first, only attraction was the green grass. Rent is outrageous for such undermaintained, patched up, basic apartments. The women who run it are PETTY AND PISSY and are the number one reason I can't wait to get the heck out of here. They charge for water, and for ANYTHING else they can possibly find to swindle you out of your paycheck. Don't even bother looking at this place, it's awful..stay away.

I agree 100%. Nothing ever gets fixed and when it does, it's done so shabbily, that it has to be redone. If you make a maintenance request, it may be months before they deal with it. The management is very rude to the tenants. They have a clique of people they like....I wouldn't be surprised if the drawings for paying rent early were rigged. This place looks great from the outside, but it's the biggest rip off of an apartment I've ever lived in! Management makes rules to suit their own needs, and they will break them at a moment's notice if they feel it's too their benefit.

I agree with anonymous! When I lived there there was a rule of no dogs at the pool but when my husband and I went down to the pool one of the managers ALWAYS had her dog at the pool AND beer bottles! I wouldnt EVER recommend this place to anyone. I was a US Army soldier and they ripped me off ROYALLY!
