at first glance, i loved this place, i remember being so excited to move in. the apartments were cute and the managers seemed so sweet. KEY WORD SEEMED. after we moved in things fell to pieces, we moved in may and still have not had a maintenance man fix a single problem in the house. our bedroom door doesnt close, bathrooms dont lock, peep hole is broken, and there are roaches, everywhere. my boyfriend saw a mouse the other day on the kitchen counter, it climbed from behind the stove...and we are very CLEAN people! the managers are nothing but mean to us now. we can not wait till may to move out!!! we can also hear EVERY step the upstairs neighbors make, along with their two dogs. please, dont be deceived like we were...
the only good thing about this place is the location

It seems like you fell into the same trap that we did...Just be happy your little puppy didnt get attacked by a doberman that wasnt even supposed to be living there oh and I hope you sent your written notice of moving out certified because my husband and I didnt think about that and they claimed we didnt give it to them and when we moved out they charged us over $2000!!!-Lessons learned the hard way
